Keeping our customers and communities safe is deeply important to us. We want to help everyone do what they can to stop the spread of coronavirus. As we monitor the impact of COVID-19, we’re committed to helping customers deal with what happens.
Refunds and Other Assistance
We understand that the pandemic affects so many aspects of day-to-day life, including the amount of time people spend on the road. That’s why we’ve created our COVID-19 Personal Auto Payback Plan, giving our auto insurance customers a 15 percent credit on their April and May auto insurance premiums.
The 15 percent payback will be given on two months’ worth of premium for all customers with an active auto policy as of April 1, 2020. This credit applies whether you pay your bill in full or in installments, and those who pay in installments will receive a credit toward their next payment. We are working with state insurance departments to approve these credits as quickly as possible so we can get our customers their payments. If you have an auto policy with us, you do not need to take any action to receive this credit.
